AREA OF APPLICATION

These sales conditions (“Sale Conditions”) regulate the purchase of Products and the contracting of Services offered by the Company to its Clients through the Website.

The Company operates through the Website, exclusively, for the Spanish territory included in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands (hereinafter, the "Territory").

The Company only ships and distributes the Products and offers the Services in the Territory. These Conditions of Sale only apply in cases where Customers purchase the Products and/or contract the Services from the Company. They will not apply in the event that Customers purchase the Products or hire the Services from third parties. In this case, the Conditions of Sale that appear below will be applicable to the Clients.

The above Conditions of Use are always applicable when the Customer purchases Products and/or contracts Services from the Company.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Unless there are circumstances derived from the personalization of the Products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order consisting of the Products listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the Website according to the selected shipping method and , in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If for any reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind, in any case, that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the time in which you or a third party indicated by you acquire material possession l of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

NON-DELIVERY

If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Likewise, we will leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to have it sent to you again. If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day. In the event that 15 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method). that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated. TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND PROPERTY

You will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery (according to the definition contained in the previous clause), if it took place at a later time.
