At Beso Shop we know that not all of us are the same, and not everything is always waiting, so we accept changes and returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

The garments must be in perfect condition, without having been used, and return them in their original packaging to guarantee that they are duly protected in transit.

It must be delivered with its corresponding labels without being detached.

Once the product is received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.

Shipping costs for changes and returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
